What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website can store in your browser. They are used for things like remembering your choices, keeping track of basket contents, or measuring how the site is used.

Cookies on this site

Necessary storage (does not require consent): "gc-cookie-consent" remembers your cookie choice for 12 months, and "gc-newsletter-popup" remembers if you have seen the newsletter pop-up. Both are stored only in your own browser. We use Google Tag Manager with Google Consent Mode v2: statistics and marketing cookies are only set once you have given consent.

Statistics — Google Analytics 4

Requires consent. Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) measures how the site is used — for example, which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. Cookies: "_ga" and "_ga_*", up to 2 years. Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Marketing — Meta Pixel

Requires consent. Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) helps us measure and target ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies: "_fbp" (up to 3 months) and possibly "fr". Data may be transferred to the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Third-Party Services

Functional (requires consent): If you give consent, we will load easyTable's booking window directly on the page. easyTable may set its own cookies in this regard — please see easyTable's cookie policy. If you decline, the booking will instead open in a new tab on easyTable. Newsletter sign-up runs via Brevo, which processes your email address but does not set cookies on this site.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link at the bottom of all pages. You can also delete or block cookies and storage in your browser settings (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge).
