Data Controller
Glass Collective is operated by MB Concept ApS, CVR 46253361, Gammel Kongevej 152, 1850 Frederiksberg C. We are the data controller for the personal information processed via the site, booking, and newsletter. What information we process
If you sign up for the newsletter, we process your email address. If you book a spot via our booking system (easyTable), we process the information you enter yourself — typically name, email address, and number of guests. If you write or call us, we naturally process what you share with us on that occasion.

What we use the information for
We use your information to send you the newsletter if you have signed up, to manage your table reservation, and to respond to your enquiries. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Data Sharing
The newsletter is sent via our email platform Brevo, and bookings are handled by easyTable — both services require the relevant information to provide these specific functions. Your information will neither be sold nor shared with others for marketing purposes.

Storage
We store newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe. Information from bookings and enquiries is stored for as long as necessary for the purpose — and then deleted.

Your Rights
You have the right to access the information we process about you and to have it rectified or deleted. You can also object or request restriction of processing. Please contact karoline@glasscollective.dk, and we will address it immediately. If you are dissatisfied with our processing, you can lodge a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Agency at datatilsynet.dk.

Unsubscribing from the Newsletter
Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you want your information completely deleted, please write to us at karoline@glasscollective.dk, and we will take care of the rest.
